Membership Pack

For the new season, we have everything you need to help you manage your club's affairs. A good starting point is designating a contact person for your club - we will always communicate with the person designated as Secretary in the membership system. A Safeguarding Officer will also be nominated where a club has one or more juveniles in their club. A person may also be nominated to liaise with us regarding affiliations, membership, grading’s etc. 

 

What information do i need to gather from our members?

A date of birth and email address is required for ALL members. This is very important for security reasons and helps ensure that duplicates are not created. To ensure members are kept informed of member's offers and news, having an email address is preferrable.. 

 

Affiliations for the 2021-2022 season will start on 1st September 2021 and run to the 31st August 2022.

This year the whole process will be completed via an online form. Click on the link or the logo below and it will direct you to the online club registration form:

Please note that under the current circumstances, Badminton Ireland has decided the €25 club fee will stand for every club (except new club)  for the whole year, meaning there will be no increase in November or January like the previous seasons.  

The fee will automatically be included in the first invoice you generated in the online player registration system.
