Badminton Ireland - Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2021
(To be held virtually on ZOOM on Saturday 15th May 2021 at 11am)
The following AGM papers are now available via the Badminton Ireland website:

If you require a printed copy of the AGM papers, please contact the Badminton Ireland office on info@badmintonireland.com
For clubs and others entitled to vote, I also enclose a form of proxy for use if the Chairman/President/Treasurer or Secretary from your club is unable to attend the meeting and they wish to have their vote recorded by another member in the club or another individual attending the meeting. If you wish to exercise the proxy, it must be returned to our office by 8th May 2021.
Please ensure that any proxy bearer is advised on the manner in which you wish your vote to be cast for all elections/motions.

Notice is hereby given that the AGM of the Badminton Union of Ireland Limited will be held virtually on Zoom Saturday 15th May 2021 at 11 am.
There are no positions up for election at the forthcoming AGM.
Proposed Motions are required to be received by Badminton Ireland (info@Badmintonireland.com) no later than nine (9) weeks prior to the Annual General Meeting – by 5:30 pm on 13th March.
